Privacy Policy

Hoverline Media Services, LLC ("Hoverline Media," "we," "us") makes FPV drone fly-through videos and aerial content for businesses in Maryland and the DMV. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can opt out of our emails at any time.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or contact us: your name, business name, email, phone number, location, the type of space and any details you choose to share. The quote form on this site opens an email to us from your own email app; the site itself does not store what you type.
When we work together: the information needed to plan, film, deliver and bill a project, such as site address, access times, contact people and payment details handled by our payment provider.
When we contact businesses: publicly listed business contact information (business name, a contact's name, business email and phone) used for one-to-one business outreach.
Automatically: our website host (Cloudflare) and font provider (Google Fonts) receive standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you visit. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

How we use it

To answer your questions, prepare quotes, schedule shoots and deliver your videos.
To send business emails about our services. You can stop these at any time (see below).
To keep records we need for taxes, billing and legal requirements.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their marketing.

Services we use

We keep contact and email-preference records in HubSpot (our customer-management system) and use Google Workspace for email and files. These providers process information for us under their own privacy and security terms.

Drone footage

We film the spaces our clients hire us to film and plan shoots to avoid capturing people who are not part of the project. Clients are responsible for letting staff and guests know when filming takes place. If you appear in footage we published and would like it removed or blurred, email stephon@hoverlinemedia.com and we will review the request promptly. We fly in line with FAA rules.

Email and opting out

Every marketing email we send includes an Unsubscribe link. You can also reply "unsubscribe" or "no thanks," or email stephon@hoverlinemedia.com with "unsubscribe" in the subject. Once you opt out, your email address is placed on our do-not-email list and you will not receive further marketing emails from Hoverline Media. Requests are honored the same business day and always within 10 business days, as required by the federal CAN-SPAM Act. We keep your address on the do-not-email list only so that we never email you again.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep for legal, tax or billing reasons, and your do-not-email entry). Email stephon@hoverlinemedia.com.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
